We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
To start a return, email support.fixby@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
